Vance’s journey in real estate began in a rapidly evolving era, where his entrepreneurial spirit and foresight set him apart. His groundbreaking approach brought the first 100% real estate commission model to East Tennessee. Prior to affiliating with 皇冠体育app in 1977, Vance owned Burkey and Associates, an independent real estate firm.

The ACP certification is currently held by less than 100 brokers in the State of Illinois.

In order to receive an ACP title, recipients must complete a hands-on, four-day program that goes beyond the surface and provides in-depth training to build confidence and skills necessary to succeed in commercial real estate. Upon completion of the course, the REALTOR庐 has foundational understanding of commercial forms and terminology, negotiation strategies, generating leads, referrals and building an online presence through the use of social media.
