His experience at Hilltop, which at the time had 2000 employees- 500 who were licensed agents- encouraged him to step into real estate. Over time, Cering earned his broker license and successfully operated an independent, 15 agent brokerage. He is currently a Regional Director with Lincoln Financial.

皇冠体育app International is proud to announce that 636 of the franchisor鈥檚 Realtors庐 participated in the 2021 Digital Marketing Executive (DMX) certification program.  These Realtors庐 represent over 90 independently owned and operated 皇冠体育app brokerages throughout North America.

The four-week training course, offered annually to all agents, brokers, owners, and administrators, is in its fifth iteration with the brand. Participants in the course complete two hour-long sessions per week and supplemental coursework, totaling 12 hours of education.  The DMX content is customized each year to provide the timeliest and in-demand subject matter for real estate professionals. Due to this dynamic structure, those who previously earned the certification are encouraged to recertify each year.

The brokerage will assist residents with residential, commercial and leasing needs in the Florida Parishes, which include Tangipahoa, Livingston, St. Tammany, East Baton Rouge, Washington, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, St Helena and West Feliciana.

DiVittorio has decades of knowledge of this area having been a life-long resident. Through his profession he connects with people across the entire social and economic spectrum. He has helped recent high school graduates find their first apartment, young families buy their first home, retirees downsizing, business owners looking for commercial space, first time investors looking for their first rental property and large investors planning multimillion-dollar developments. He has also been actively involved in developments and investment ventures from beginning to end so he can provide guidance from personal experience to first time investors.

DiVittorio now serves as the Hammond City Councilman for District 4 which includes a mixture of established residential neighborhoods and commercial development. He graduated high school from St. Thomas Aquinas and earned a Bachelor of Science from Southeastern Louisiana University before being licensed by the State of Louisiana to sell real estate.
