A Founding Principle
In 1994, »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Integrity was founded upon the belief that the key to all successful real estate transactions is the relationship of trust formed between the Sales Executive and their customers. In the mid 1990's, Dale and Vicky Schaechterle purchased their own »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp franchise and since then have established several offices, serving as the Regional Developers for the entire state of Wisconsin.
The Growth of »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Integrity
The growth of »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Integrity was initally quite unexpected. Dale's original intent was to create an environment where he could be free to run this business without the obstructions and objections of the traditional cookie cutter approach. He soon realized that he was not alone in that desire. Within the first year, over twenty sales agents from his previous company upgraded their business to the "Executive Level". Growth has been consisent ever since that first year, with an increases in Sales Executives, production levels and market share.
In 2003, with nine years of success under their belts, Dale and Vicky decided to purchase the entire southeastern Wisconsin region and become Regional Developers. Having a vison of what real estate should be in Wisconsin, in 2012 »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Internationally granted Dale and Vicky the entire state of Wisconsin. The company's incredible momentum, fed by recuriting, training and retaining high quality Sales Executives, shows no signs of abating as »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Integrity becomes the destination company of choice among REALTORS® in southeastern Wisconsin.
A Community Minded Company

With a consistent history of giving back to the communities we serve, we are proud to have active affiliations with several different charitable organizations. Our Sales Executives not only invest a small portion of their income from each commission, but have also invested their sweat equity in service to these organizations.
