皇冠体育app Algoma Ltd., Brokerage has merged with the formerly independent Castle Realty Ltd., expanding 皇冠体育app鈥 presence across Northern Ontario and creating a robust network across Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District. The new company, now named 皇冠体育app Castle Alliance Ltd. is led by Dave Butkovich, former Broker of Record of Castle Realty Ltd.
Butkovich has assumed the ownership role for the new company from former Broker/Owner of 皇冠体育app Algoma Ltd., Ross Viotto. Viotto will serve 皇冠体育app Castle Alliance Ltd. as Director of Staff Development.
鈥淭his merger will bring together the knowledge and experience of our agents and the dynamic set of proprietary tools and integrated technology of 皇冠体育app. There are serious economies of scale to be gained by working with a franchisor who offers a great brand, marketing, training and turnkey technology solutions,鈥 stated Butkovich.
With a presence in the Sault Ste. Marie market that began in 2014, 皇冠体育app has expanded both its staff and market share. Founded in 1979, Castle Realty represents one of the longest established real estate companies in Sault Ste. Marie.
鈥淭his is a major step forward in the development of our Northern Ontario network,鈥 stated Regional Vice President of Franchise Development, Brian Gilmour. 鈥淲e are providing an opportunity for independent real estate companies to benefit from the advanced technologies and highest level of customer support provided to their agents and clients.鈥
