Entrepreneurship is a demanding and challenging career path
that requires a unique set of skills and traits such as risk-taking,
determination, creativity, and adaptability. Not everyone is cut out for it as
it can involve long hours, creating your own structure, financial uncertainty,
and stress related to decision-making. Often people do not find themselves in
an entrepreneurial role until later in life.
As a young university student, Realtor庐 Micah Pelster was unusually clear eyed in determining that entrepreneurship was meant for him. Despite taking part time studies at MacEwan University, it was time for him to break into the real estate industry. He decided to start his business and begin making a name for himself.

Wayne White has been a part of Saskatchewan鈥檚 real estate community for over 40 years. He鈥檚 been a member of the (ASR) since 1975, a broker since 1978, served as president of the (ARR) twice, received an Honorary Life Membership from the ASR in 2004 and was named Regina鈥檚 REALTOR庐 of the Year in 2007. So it came as no surprise when the ASR and (CMHC) announced that they were honoring White with the 2016 Distinguished REALTOR庐 Award.
